The PHF Conference Center can accommodate groups of any size for videoconferences, presentations, press announcements, multimedia seminars or board meetings. Amenities include a dedicated in-room PC, laptop ports, multi-source AV inputs (computer, DVD, VHS, Cable TV, CD, cassette), high-speed Internet access, extranet capabilities, a high-resolution document camera, business services and more. In addition, clients will have access to full kitchen facilities with each conference booked, if desired.

This room comfortably seats up to 50 people in an auditorium-style theatre. A small boardroom table at the front accommodates presenters and their materials. The table can also be used for panels or smaller meetings.
The conference room is ideally suited for presentations, seminars, large meetings, distance learning and press announcements. There are electrical outlets, power ports and microphones at each seat. For the presenters, multiple laptop ports are configured to control the dual screen display. Screen input sources include DVD, VHS, Cable TV, CD, cassette and a document camera.
The two screens allow users to display images from separate laptops side-by-side. For example, the Internet can be pulled up on one screen to compare it with a slide on the other, or a laptop image can be contrasted with that of a DVD (or other input source).
Videoconferencing and multimedia presentations in this room are supported by 2 x 115" rear-mounted LCD projector displays. The room is controlled by a Crestron 15" touch panel control system that enables seamless control of all functions, from videoconferencing equipment to the multi-level room lighting system to shade control. If desired, meetings can also be videotaped for viewing at a later date.
